Damaged Items and Returns:
Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 72 business hours from the time the item is delivered by the carrier. A claim must be filed before any replacement item can be shipped. You may report any damages to customer service at 1-800-718-2414 or info@brooklyn5and10.com. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only.
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 21 days of purchase ONLY with pre-approval (return authorization) from brooklyn5and10.com. All returns must be unopened, undamaged and in brand-new condition for full-credit or exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. All shipping charges on any return are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If an RA is granted, a 15% restock fee will be assessed. All sales are final.
